Service Greeter 

Misión del Puesto:
Ser el primer punto de contacto en el Departamento de Servicio, creando una experiencia memorable para cada cliente con un servicio de excelencia.

Responsabilidades Principales:

  • Dar la bienvenida a los clientes y guiarlos en su proceso de servicio.
  • Coordinar amenidades como café, agua, transporte, entre otros.
  • Asegurar limpieza y orden en las áreas asignadas.
  • Proveer soluciones inmediatas o escalar situaciones al gerente correspondiente.
  • Participar en reuniones y adiestramientos.

Requisitos:

  • Pasión por el servicio al cliente.
  • Estudios universitarios (preferible).
  • Bilingüe (inglés y español).
  • Disponibilidad en los días y horario indicados.
